Scout Groups operate under the following leadership process;

The Group is managed by an Executive Committee and the Leadership Team.

The executive Committee has a Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer, with a number of additional members and their responsibility is primarily fund rising for the group and ensuring that matters such as insurance, HQ maintenance etc are maintained.  The Chairperson is appointed by the Group Scout Leader, the remainder are voted on the committee by the members of the group, primarily but not entirely, parents and guardians of the section members.

The uniformed section is led by the Group scout Leader and each section has a leader, assistant leaders and  helpers.
